Summary

A soon to be, newly qualified midwife with a passion for providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care, I am seeking a Preceptorship role where I can continue to develop my clinical skills and professional confidence in a supportive environment.

Throughout my training, I gained hands-on experience across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support women and families during some of the most significant moments of their lives.

I bring a strong foundation in clinical practice, effective communication, and an approach to care that respects the diversity and autonomy of every woman. My academic training and placement experiences have afforded resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning, which I am eager to build upon within a structured preceptorship programme.

I am particularly drawn to Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust as I recently attended a leadership placement and was blown away by the positive working culture and dedication to providing exceptional care. I would love the opportunity to contribute to your team and grow into a confident, competent midwife who upholds the highest standards of care and professionalism.
