I am an experienced and versatile academic and creative professional, combining over a decade of university lecturing with an extensive background in fashion marketing, styling, and creative project management. Most recently working as a Creative Services Manager at George at Asda , I have led cross-functional teams on large-scale, integrated campaigns across fashion and home, managing critical paths, shoot schedules, stakeholder relationships, and creative delivery insight that enriches my teaching with up-to-date industry relevance.
Previously, as a Senior Lecturer in Fashion Marketing , I led modules in fashion buying, marketing, and management, and acted as a pathway leader and personal tutor, mentoring over 40 students annually. I have also developed and delivered employability initiatives, international trips, and industry-led projects that bridge academic theory with commercial practice.

Created, scheduled, implemented, managed and coordinated the creative production process for the Next Directory and Ecommerce.
I was responsible for the co-ordination and creation of boyswear and schoolwear in the Next Directory and Ecommerce.
As my previous roles it involved selecting product for the directory, paginating the pages, styling the product, designing the initial layout and photoshoot concept, Manage and progress the sample management, select models, edit shots, approve art worked spreads and manage the critical path and budgets, ensure tight deadlines are met.
I was responsible for the co-ordination and creation of the Branded section of the Next Directory, Ecommerce and the Label brochure.
I had to work closely with the external brands marketing teams and Next's marketing and e commerce team to ensure the brands were promoted as best as possible

Consulted with external brands Marketing teams discussing shoot concepts and marketing strategy, to ensure brand guidelines were met and promotional plans are aligned.

Responsible for the co-ordination and creation of the Menswear section of the Next Directory and Ecommerce.

I worked with the visual merchandising team to select product for window displays for each phase.
