• I was working for Nuffield Health as a Receptionist/Supervisor of Aquatic Environments. In this role I was the front of house for the Medical Centre, Gym, Swim School and Beauty Suite.
• This is a very busy and demanding role as every department has a different diary and documents need to be printed for the medical centre and beauty suite daily on client’s arrival.
• I also take care of telephone bookings, cash handling, complaints, email enquiries and membership induction
• I am also a trained lifeguard and I update my first aid and lifeguard duties every three months. Reception is my main role, but I do cover breaks for lifeguards and help out when needed.

• Working as a legal secretary within the litigation and real estate department.
• Supporting the fee earners with all administrative tasks.
• Outlook diary management.
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
• Expense management.
• Digital dictation utilising (Big hand).
• Engrossing assignations and leases for signing.
• Witness signing.
• Setting up power-point slides for presentation meetings.
• Typing of audio, written documents and working from templates.
• Arranging billing invoices for clients.
• Preparing papers for court and delivery.
• Sorting incoming and outgoing mail.
• Booking travel and accommodation.
• Opening new client accounts and setting up e-filing for the relevant fee earner.
• Visiting other offices over the UK for training and presentations.
• General scanning, photocopying and admin tasks.
In my spare time I have my own Hair Extension business which I focus on at the weekends and I take part in TV/Film Extra roles for fun when I am available.
