Additional Information

Single-handedly created new rotas for 70+ staff at Poole ambulance station, spending 4 months canvassing the opinions of staff and management to accommodate the addition of extra night shifts and reduce differences in fatigue between rotas. I ensured staff were consulted at every step to make this process as fair and inclusive as possible and ended with 7 new rotas allowing more variety of choice to suit peoples different life styles.
