I have experienced many different roles and responsibilities at my workplace in the catering department especially from my evening shifts at the hotel restaurant ( starlight Theatre). from hosting, taking food orders, serving large plates of food and cleaning which has given me credible skills, responsibility and independence working in a fast restaurant environment.
As the host at the hotel restaurant, i am credited with my social skills and dealing with customer complaints and issues aswell as training other members of staff.
During my day shifts on park, I have been a front of house team member at the fully working food courts on park, taking orders from the screen and efficiently serving to the customers and handling food whilst in high pressure situations during commonly busy periods. This has allowed me to deal with situations and work fast paced and efficiently even in a pressured environment.
I have been in charge of my own units on park from performing all daily stock checks, i am taking the correct cash and charging the right amount on the tills and all food and drink I am making and serving is in good standards.
