I’ve led departments, built and led teams to deliver large scale solutions, developed new operational models and offerings, sat on leadership boards, leaned into the hard business decisions and navigated shifting commercial landscapes.
I’m a mum and married to a soldier, which means I wear my heart on my sleeve. I’m a passionate advocate for mental health and inclusivity and strive to create workplaces where people can bring their whole selves to work. I specialise in creating cultures of empowerment and trust, ensuring success for teams and clients.

Reading: I’m a self-professed romantasy fan. I love escaping into fantastical worlds, which provide me with those much needed injections of creativity and imagination.
Music: I’m a grade 8 singer and piano player and whilst I’m no longer part of any formal groups, I’m often found enjoying musical sessions with my 4-year-old. Most likely Disney related.
Knitting: I discovered my love for knitting whilst pregnant, which is now a therapeutic hobby that keeps me focused and away from screens.
