Throughout my career, I’ve developed a keen interest and expertise in driving behaviour change. I thrive in high-pressure, fast paced environments, and love leading teams to solve really gritty strategic business challenges.


I’ve led departments, built and led teams to deliver large scale solutions, developed new operational models and offerings, sat on leadership boards, leaned into the hard business decisions and navigated shifting commercial landscapes.


I’m a mum and married to a soldier, which means I wear my heart on my sleeve. I’m a passionate advocate for mental health and inclusivity and strive to create workplaces where people can bring their whole selves to work. I specialise in creating cultures of empowerment and trust, ensuring success for teams and clients.

Managing Director

Working alongside the Executive Committee, I led the day-to-day running of agency operations across the 130 strong- team, driving innovations and efficiencies.

  • Oversaw P&L across global and local clients, optimised processes and developed new product offerings.
  • Developed and implemented new internal processes and ways of working, driving efficiencies across the agency, focusing in on utilisation and billability. This ensured that the right people were working on the right work, and capacity could be invested in growth opportunities like pitches, projects or big creative bets.
  • Developed new product offering that led to new project wins with new and existing clients.
  • Led pitches to win, and retain business.
  • Developed and led a rejuvenated personal development process, including new training initiatives across departments, and more transparent hiring practices to remove biases from our processes.
  • Developed new operational models across the network to grow client and revenue based on other key office markets i.e. developing approach and leading international offering for UPS, an international client sitting within the network.
  • Key lead for full Government portfolio, as well as key ExCo liaison for Calor and Mondalez.

Managed 31- person department and active participant of the agency leadership team. Alongside Head of Department responsibilities, I ran the full Government portfolio which included the Covid-19 communications response from Whitehall.

  • Awarded Campaign’s Account Person of the Year award, 2020.
  • Worked across whole of MullenLowe Group UK to deliver integrated solutions for a wide client base, building new operational models and driving growth opportunities across media planning, CRM, digital transformation and data for wide client base.
  • Led pitches to win and retain business, including one off projects to wider retained clients.
  • Reinvigorated the purpose of the Account Management Department, with an agenda of putting client service at the heart of everything we do.
  • Developed new training programme for department, and instilled new financial processes that improved client profitability and led to margin growth across accounts.
  • Key accounts included Government portfolio across Department of Health and Social Care, Covid, NHS Workforce, as well as International Ferrero.
  • To deliver Covid communications, I rapidly mobilised and led team of 50 to the UK’s biggest communications response since WWII. Based in Whitehall, this included developing new ways of working and sprint processes to deliver over 60 campaigns from 'Stay Home, Save Lives' to Vaccines and the NHS Covid-19 app downloads.

  • Pitched and launched 'We are the NHS' for NHS Workforce: NHS Workforce became (and remains) MullenLowe UK’s most awarded campaign.
  • Pitched and launched '`it’s time to be heard' for Truth Project.
  • Built out NHS account from one project to +£2m sized business, building out full funnel support across the agency.
  • Other clients included Public Health England, Samaritans, Microloan
  • Key member of pitching bench.
  • Qualified as a Mental Health First Aider and worked with a group of people to develop and deliver better working practices to encourage better Mental Heath.

Interests and Passions

Mental Health: I’m a passionate advocate for mental health and am a qualified Mental Health First Aider. I’ve led initiatives to foster a supportive work culture and have written articles on bettering workplace mental health.

Reading: I’m a self-professed romantasy fan. I love escaping into fantastical worlds, which provide me with those much needed injections of creativity and imagination.

Music: I’m a grade 8 singer and piano player and whilst I’m no longer part of any formal groups, I’m often found enjoying musical sessions with my 4-year-old. Most likely Disney related.

Knitting: I discovered my love for knitting whilst pregnant, which is now a therapeutic hobby that keeps me focused and away from screens.
