I have spent the past 3 years in customer service and the last year in admin work. I work like to expand my experience as an administrator and continue to work in this field. I have recent customer service skills and experience, this along with my positive attitude and friendly nature, position me to take on a role that I hope to excel in and develop my skills further.   • My main duties are answering incoming calls from temporary staff that work for our agency or people interested in working for us, welcoming people in who visit our office, checking people in for interviews, printing and filing documents, texting out and booking shifts for staff members using Microsoft Excel.
  • I am now part of the payroll team as well as doing reception. As part of the payroll team I collect timesheets from staff to see what hours they have worked, I then put this onto a Excel sheet to make sure they are invoiced and paid correctly.
  • I have adapted quickly to the routine of payroll (even though it isn't my entire job) and have been praised by management for balancing it out with all my other tasks.

  • At first my role was selling broadband and helping customers on an inbound line. Then I wanted to progress in the company and became head of the admin department. This included assisting and floor supporting agents, overseeing the other admin departments and assigning them tasks, processing sales offline for customers, tracking sales on Microsoft Excel and aiming to meet targets of sales needed to be locked for each week.

  • My duties in this role were stocking shelves, working on tills, cleaning the store such as brushing, mopping and emptying bins. Closing and opening the store, helping customers, rebuilding and moving aisles, managing banking of tills, working stock off cages and covering manager responsibilities when managers needed cover as I had the skills to do so.
