- This is where I learnt most of my customer service training skills, time management, problem solving, communication and wide knowledge on products and services. Furthermore, I am very dependable and took the time to be trained on a wide range of departments to opt in for more overtime as I have a good work ethic. I enjoy speaking to new people here and setting a new bar to set so I can perform well as we work closely as a team. Part of this job role includes keeping on top of things, which is always one of my top priorities and is a skill I will take away.
