Including presenting improvements to other team leaders and area managers.

• Remotely managing and developing a team of volunteers to provide support online and in person.

  challenges a witness may face in attending court and
  understanding how intersectionality impacts on this.

Property management, event planning & management, copywriting,

DofE students and catering.

Key achievements include building a reputation for high standards, reliability and discretion among the local chalet owners. Project management of a five day festival held over multiple alpine locations.

• I delivered freelance support services to local
  business and home owners in the French Alps. I provided chalet
  hosting for catered chalets, property management for rental
  properties and private homes.
• I diversified into offering services such as recruitment and
  training, event planning and management, social media support,
  copywriting and tutoring on a cookery course.

Responsible for maintenance and preparation of up to seven
properties ensuring company standards are maintained for both
Summer and Winter seasons.

Key achievements include upskilling young students in a short timeframe to deliver a consistent customer experience. Creating guidance to support new starters and chalet efficiency.

• Customer point of contact and daily interactions, creating the best holiday experience for them.
• Team management, consisting of a winter season chef and up to
  three work experience students.
• Training work experience students in all aspects of chalet hosting,
  managing performance, coaching and giving feedback.

£1.5m city centre store with a team of 15. Responsible for
maintaining current store performance against payroll, LFL growth,
audit and mystery shops.

Key achievements include maintaining 4/4 KPIs for the first six months of the financial year 2011/2012. Nomination for Manager of the Year at the half year point (2011/2012).

• Exceeded expected LFL growth of +8%, trending to hit target of
  £1.5m turnover at year end.
• Final audit result of +0.04% at cost, 96.66% accuracy.
• Maintained mystery shop results within objective of 90%. Last
  result of 95%, with continuous improvement of results throughout
  time as manager.
• Payroll within objective of 8%.

Responsible for delivering all store and business KPIs. Recruiting,
leading and developing large teams.
Key achievements include being the winner of Christmas incentive for 2009 whilst managing Preston, based on increasing performance vs. Budget and recommendation from the area manager. Project management of new store openings.

• Assisted in Manchester store relocation and setting up back of
  house areas, including IT, communications, and office and staff
  areas. Established Manchester as an Aspirational Centre of
  Excellence. A company wide initiative to set high standards and
  trial new ways of working.
• Increased performance in Manchester by achieving an average
  transaction value of +£11 on previous store location and mystery
  shop results to 80% in first six months. Handling area
  communication in the absence of the area manager, including
  holding area conference calls and performance updates
• As store manager in Northallerton I ranked 6th in the business for
  mystery shop scores in first full financial year & exceeded initial
  store budget by 56%.
• Project managed new store opening in Beverley and supported the
  store for a further six weeks.
• Organised and facilitated recruitment days for new store openings
  in Manchester and Liverpool.
• Supported area in training of new store managers and supervisors.
