I have worked in the area of Health and Therapies for the last 18 years; for the last 13 of these years I have been a Chiropractor and for 5 years prior to this I worked in the area of Sports Therapy and Personal Training. This all stemmed from my background in fitness and having a fascination in how the body works. Over the years I have worked with many patients ranging from Children to those in their late 80’s and 90’s as well as athletes. I have always had an interest in mindset and psychology and understand the effects this has on a person yet specifically over the last few years I have I have had more of a heightened interest and with more awareness I have been using more trauma informed therapy to help with patients.
I undertook courses which included: Practicing Science, Investigative Biology and Human Biology to prepare me for my future in chiropractic. // AFFILIATIONS

With my background in fitness being an important part of my life I have had a special interest in strength and weight training and competing in fitness competitions. Such competitions demand a great deal of commitment and dedication and these traits are very much part of my character. Other than training, family is very important for me. Travelling is also something I really enjoy, exploring new experiences, connecting with others and anything along the lines of personal development and growth is of a huge interest to me.
