As I already work within the school, I have a deep understanding of its ethos, priorities, and strategic direction. I am confident in my ability to maintain strategic continuity by supporting the school’s vision and long-term goals, ensuring decisions made align with our established direction. I can oversee effective daily operations, so that the school runs smoothly and consistently. I provide leadership and support to staff, pupils, and parents, drawing on my established relationships and knowledge of the school community.
