  • Currently running a striking landmark. It boasts over 180,000 sq ft of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated office, retail and residential accommodation.
  • Designed by leading architects Marks Barfield. Close working relationship with architects, main contractor and in house development team. Achieved PC in August 2022 and the building went on to win a BCO award.
  • Led building from building site to an almost fully tenanted building hosting some amazing tenants, Fujitsu, Siemens, Zenimax/Microsoft, Bauer media, TripleDot Studios, UCLH and Bupa. Reviewing all LTA's for tenant fit-outs and working alongside many fit-out companies.
  • Tendering for all maintenance contracts and assisting the asset manger with the service charge budget.
  • Ensured all PPM's were compliant and conducted to a high standard.
  • Guarantee impeccable presentation of premises.
  • Maintained safe environment for everyone by adhering to company safety policies.

  • Took this site over when we encountered a issue with the development. Oversaw a main contractor change.
  • Worked alongside leading architect Sheppard Robson, main contractors and in house development directors.
  • Welcomed in three amazing tenants, Modulaire Group, La Prairie, and Potter Clarkson.
  • Tendered all maintenance contracts and assisted asset manager with the service charge budgets.
