I hold a qualification to teach Mindfulness to young people age 11-18. I trained with the charity Mindfulness in Schools Project in 2019 and for the last 5 years I have run an impactful 10 week Mindfulness course for students in years 7,8 and 9.

I am a qualified childrens' yoga instructor. I gained my qualification with Yoga on the Lane in 2022 and have since taught a 6 week yoga course to year 5 and 6 students at Ambler Primary School and to nursery age children at Mapledenet Children's centre. I currently teach Yoga Club at my local studio, an after school club for primary age children.
