• I have done 36 hours of placement at busy bees for my college course, which has given me a lot of experience in the working environment.
• I also volunteered at Izumi Products which is a family run business and I was supporting the receptionist in her daily tasks such as producing orders and invoices and also basic management of customer accounts.
• I have achieved 100 hours work placement at Brockwell care home which I helped the carers in their day to day tasks.
• I have previously worked with SEN children at my placement at Lanchester EP primary school, which I worked towards 405 placement hours by the end of the academic year.
• I have previously worked at Diggerland Durham, which is a family theme park all based around diggers.
• I've worked the 2020 season at PrimroseValley holiday park-Haven. Within this job I was a bar team member. In this job role I had the responsibility of ensuring that the guests got the correct drinks that they ordered and I also had the responsibility of delivering the drinks and also making the drinks.
• When working at the kings head lanchester, which I am doing food orders and bar as well as doing hosting and track and trace. With working at the kings head in lanchester I had the role of acting manager which included duties such as opening and closing the pubs up. Running the shifts and taking charge of what role each staff member had whilst on shift, I also had the responsibility of dealing with any complaints or any issues that occurred during the day. While being acting manager I did the cashing up at the end of the night ensuring that we had the correct amount of money for the float the next day and also ensuring we weren’t down on the money we had taken.
