For spearheading a successful campaign advocating for equal access to Bank of Ireland's online services by making them compatible with screen reading software. After speaking to a blind customer who was unable to apply directly for a mortgage, I took the initiative to raise awareness of this issue among staff and present my findings to our senior leadership team. The online portal was consequently updated following a presentation I delivered, improving accessibility for our customers across the entire business.
