
I am a hard-working individual with over 12 years of customer service experience through working in different environments which all required extensive contact with customers. I have been recognised for proactive problem-solving flexibility in tackling unexpected situations and taking initiative. I do possess vast psychological knowledge, because I spend a large portion of my time reading and listening to this and related subjects. It does help with, for example, conflict resolution or handling complaints.
I also have 2 years of experience working as a barista in Costa Coffee at Waverly Station and 1 year working for private cafe near Haymarket Station. It was a few years back; however, I am confident that I would get a handle of the coffee machine within a day or two.
All in all I am very versatile and eager to learn new skills.
