Work History
On Board Host
Rail Gourmet LTD
Derby, UK
11.2023 - 04.2025
Within my role as an On Board Host, I provide an 'at seat trolley service' on board EMR trains; catering to standard seated passengers.
My daily role consists of delivering outstanding customer service, which includes providing a service with a smile, offering 'perfect partners' in relation to the products that we offer in order to boost sales targets, and completing transactions accordingly.
My job also consists of me stock-taking throughout the day to ensure that my stock levels are replenished throughout the day to make sure all of my products are on sale for my customers.
My role also consists of a multitude of different tasks outside of my catering service; which can include assisting passengers wherever possible with any questions or queries in relation to the train service, and getting help from East Midlands Railway Staff on board when required.
I am also required within my role to track and plan my journeys accordingly, and to make sure I am prompt and managing my time well when on board.
I am also responsible for the cleanliness of both my trolley and the train when on board, making sure it creates a clean and inviting experience for commuters on their journey in order to elevate their experience on board as much as possible.
I was given the opportunity within my role to train new employees as my experience and knowledge of the product lines was considered exceptional; as was my ability to interact with customers and provide them with a quality service consistently.
Managed conflict resolution to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Customer Experience Executive
The Right Legal Group LTD
Derby
06.2023 - 04.2025
In my role as a Customer Experience Executive, I focus heavily on delivering the most outstanding customer service wherever possible.
This includes offering bespoke legal advice and finding any objections the client may be facing, as well as finding the best possible solutions for the client with professionalism and compassion for their personal circumstances.
I have also handled these requests with a friendly, knowledgeable service that is reflected through my many positive reviews from my clients.
I focus as well on my ability to build positive relationships with my clients to retain those clients within the business.
I am also able to work within a high-pressure environment as I deal with a high volume of client queries with both inbound and outbound calls, I am able to multi-task effectively and within my time constraints.
I am also highly skilled in administration, as it is important within my role to make sure I register and record accurate client information to maintain proper documentation of each client.
This is achieved through the use of Microsoft Office programs, as well as my many filing systems for the preservation of sensitive client data.
This also includes adhering strictly to many policies and procedures for the protection of sensitive data and for continued company compliance.
Within my role I also act as a proxy for the clients as I am the first contact between my clients and my colleagues in both internal and external affairs within the business.
Store Assistant
ALDI
Chellaston
10.2018 - 06.2023
In my role as a store assistant, I have offered each customer top-notch, personal service and polite support to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
I have regularly helped customers find the merchandise and helping them find hard-to-find merchandise at other locations.
I have built customer loyalty by delivering excellent shopping experiences and helping to create a positive impression of the business.
Within my line of work it is important for me to function well within a team, to help complete my day-to-day tasks efficiently by communicating with my Management for the smooth running of the shift.
