Working on clean and waste water projects, mainly working on STW AMP 6 Barston rectification works (£86 million), this is now close to being closed out and handed over to the client. I am also managing the close out of the STW AMP 7 Eel projects. My roles consist of the following:

Working on clean water projects, mainly the STW AMP 7 Eel Screens Batch which consists of three separate projects which total around £10million, this has been from start to handover to the client with supervision from senior commercial staff. Roles consisted of the following:

• Procurement and tendering
• Prepared tender documents to aid in securing new contracts.
• Creating subcontract orders in line with NEC4
• Subcontract Management
• Collaborating with internal teams to verify project viability and improve cost-effectiveness.
• Managed contractor relationships, resulting in smoother project execution.
• Making Subcontract Payments and Assessments
• Dealing with Change Control (Reviewing Compensation events and submitting instructions)
• Dealing with Subcontract final accounts
• Being Responsible for updating PIM (Progress in month) budgets
• Liaising with the client
• Reporting to senior management
• Reconciling project costs

Working on the joint Venture Costain, Galliford try project on the M1 between J13 – J16. Responsibilities included:

• Assisting in Subcontract Final accounts
• Assisting in preparing responses to compensation events
• Checking Daily Allocation sheets and Records
• Revising, preparing, and submitting site instructions
• Assisting in Looking after subcontract Packages
• Reporting to Senior QS and Commercial Manager

Working for TC Interiors on numerous schemes. Responsibilities include the following:

• Tender Handover and start-up meetings internally
• Re-measuring works
• Making application to the client for works completed
• Pre-start meetings with the contractors
• Commercial Administration of schemes up to £1m
• Reporting to the Senior QS
• Portfolio of around £7m.
