In this role, I manage the entire sales process from the initial design concept through to order receipt and project completion. I maintain strong product knowledge and work closely with design teams and all project stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned and projects run smoothly. I am the main point of contact throughout the project, ensuring clear communication and delivering solutions tailored to each client's needs and operating as an escalation point in the event of negotiations or project challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Qualifying new project enquiries and initiating technical discussions to understand client needs
● Delivering comprehensive presentations and system demonstrations to give clients and partners confidence in our solutions
● Building strong working relationships with developers, architects, consultants, project managers, and contractors
● Attending design meetings to help align system designs with project requirements
● Managing multiple projects at various stages and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and satisfied
● Preparing accurate cost estimates and detailed quotations that meet client needs and company profitability goals
● Leading the tender and negotiation process to secure favourable terms and successful contracts
