  • Responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries and ensuring they are qualified and passed on to the appropriate Dealer/Broker and responsible for contacting clients regarding follow-up opportunities and vehicle renewals
  • As well as supplying the community vehicles, I was responsible for additional revenue generation from the departments' secondary income streams such as Fuel, Tracking, and Maintenance of approximately 6000 vehicles per year
  • During my eight years in the business, I increased the fuel revenue by 20% to just over £26,000,000 and the remaining department by 12% to just over £60,000 per annum
  • Responsible for managing supplier relationships with over forty suppliers and vendors, conducting site visits and sales meetings with Rebate suppliers and vendors, and representing UBT Motorfleet at industry events and supplier days
  • The sole responsibility for the planning of the department's advertising strategy covering services, current offers, and customer updates and creating marketing plans and campaigns to promote products or services to new and existing clients
