Overview: Acko a General Insurance organization that offers coverage for automobiles, mobile phones, stays and travel.

Responsibilities:

· Tested UI portals for customers and brokers, ensuring the seamless integration of payment gateways and broker websites.

· Performed API testing, functional testing, and database validation with PSequel.

· Reported defects in JIRA and managed their reopening or closure.

· Conducted regression, re-testing, and functional testing.

Overview: The Aadhaar project initiated by UIDAI provides each Indian citizen with a unique, 16-digit identification (UID) number representing 12 identity number linked to Biometric data.

Responsibilities:

· Contributed to System Test Plan preparation and streamlined requirements.

· Planned testing for new Change Requests (CRs) and allocated resources for projects.

· Assisted in creating Automation Test Plans based on Requirement Specifications.

· Participated in RPM installations for environment setup on various Linux servers.

· Executed SQL queries in MS SQL Server.

· Tested the financial management system that processes insurance premiums and broker payments, managing all debit and credit transactions.

· Acted as the onsite coordinator from offshore, working late nights to ensure smooth coordination.
