Working at Medivet i welcome clients into the practice and sign them in ready to see the vet.
After their consultation i take payment and make new appointments if needed.
I also answer the phone dealing with questions, queries, re-ordering of any medication and also making appointments and booking in operations.
I keep the reception area clean and tidy and then wipe down and mop the vets room after morning and afternoon consultations.
I am responsible for either opening up in the mornings which includes making sure everything is switched on and ready for the day and when i lock up in the evenings i cash up, submit takings and make sure everything is clean and shut down for the night.
I am currently working at Brockenhurst Manor Golf Club in the clubhouse, giving a friendly welcome to members and serving them their drinks and any food as well as helping with any questions and queries.
