I have recently retired from the NHS after 23 years but am not ready to retire from working life completely and am keen to try a different career that is not office based.
I have a great deal of experience in communicating with the general public and consider myself to be helpful and friendly. I pride myself on producing work to a high standard of presentation and in line with current practices and believe this professionalism is transferable to maintaining high standards on a food counter. I recognise the importance of working as part of a wider team and communicating clearly and helping other’s when required.
I enjoy preparing food using fresh ingredients that have been responsibly sourced and am enthusiastic to learn more about food production and to work in a different sector.
