Summary

Since an early age I have always wanted to pursue a career supporting young children and families. I want my achievements to be seen not only as an educator but as a motivator, who inspires and challenges young minds to become active learners, to give every child the right to education, health, and well-being. To empower families and young people to have the best outcomes in life. Throughout my childcare career I have grown as a person and childcare educator, through new skills and challenges, and the experience of being a managing director in my own successful childcare business. Working alongside other professionals, delivering high quality, outcome focussed support to children, young people, and their families able to create a safe environment that meets both the children’s cultural and holistic needs.
