Work History

Waking night Carer

Fremantle Trust
Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
02.2025 - Current

I currently work three nights a week working as a waking night carer in a residential care home. My duties involve taking care of and making sure all residents are safe and secure throughout the night, assisting them with any issues or concerns they may have. I also reassure and calm any residents that may become agitated or frightened. I help with personal care and any other needs they may have.

Mothers help/Housekeeper

Mrs Heather Cassidy
Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire
10.2023 - Current

This is an adhoc work arrangement but I generally work once a week. Initially it was to help with a new baby alongside housekeeping duties. These include washing and hanging out clothes, putting laundry away, loading and unloading the dishwasher, washing and sterilising bottles and equipment, emptying nappy bins and anything really that would help to keep the house running smoothly. As time has gone on there is a second baby so my childcare input has increased, often watching the youngest little girl whilst mum runs errands or catches up with sleep. The eldest is now in nursery ready for mum to return to work in the summer when the youngest will also join her sister.
