During the global pandemic my professional and leadership skills were affirmed when I played a major role in driving the creation of an entire temporary palliative care service at RNOH, including the drafting of policies, SOPs and professional guidance, as well as the establishment of a temporary mortuary, airlifted on site, in less than two weeks.
