  • Running- I have run 3 marathons and 1 ultra. I love the community of friends I have gained with this hobby, it is a very inclusive hobby and can be done at any level. Running pushes me out of my comfort zone but it also allows me to be free and just switch off whilst I complete a run. I am currently using the gym more whilst I decide my next challenge!
  • Hiking- similar to running that it allows me to switch off and just enjoy the views whilst exercising, I enjoy going on hikes with friends as it is a great way to have shared experiences whilst being in nature and no distractions.
  • Listening to live music- concerts are something I enjoy and have started to factor in more.
