
To date in my career I have had a number of roles with social work that has helped me develop a solid knowledge base. I believe that the diversity in roles I have had have enriched my practice and enabled me to be an effective and competent manager. My experience in each role has enabled me to have an understanding of the struggles within Social Work teams and the "Social Worker's" voice in terms of what needs to happen.
