• Found work placements and apprenticeships for young adults
• Worked alongside The Princes Trust to deliver community programmes for disadvantaged and excluded young adults
• NVQ assessor in Customer service, Administration and Training and Development
• Internal Verifier for the above NVQs, checking validity and quality of trainee's portfolios
