  • One of my key priorities was to ensure successful learning delivery of a Customer Service Transformation Programme – This was completed for all Sales teams and was being delivered to all the Claims teams. The programme was a huge success and there was an increase of up to 11 points in the Net Promoter Scores and up to a 9-point increase in the customers' view of ease of service.
    • Created a 'Future of Learning' workstream and lead this project, investing in learning technology and the upskill and development of the team. This resulted in the Learning Delivery Team being able to use the best learning solutions for our people.
