I applied to be the team Manager at Pelham house, in November 2019 I was promoted to Registered manager. Pelham house is a large supported living service for 16 adults with learning disabilities living in their own flats, i managed Rota's, supervision of my senior team, i ensured the overall day to day running of Pelham house was at a good standard and all staff were trained and working in a personal-cantered way, with all of our clients .

I had my first CQC inspection and due to Pelham not having one in over 4 years, we had a full inspection , meaning that all 5 principles were inspected. The feedback from the inspector was very positive and I was given an overall rating of GOOD.

In my role as registered manager and for the first time in Pelham's history I had managed to fully staff it, we went from 50-70 agency shifts per week to 9 and that was mostly to cover staff sickness or annual leave.
