  • Negotiating licensing and access rights with the government of Ghana (Ministry of Communications, Gifec, NITA and Ghana Standard Boards as well as the Municipal Authorities)
  • Negotiating product specifications, license rights, sales contracts, etch telecom equipment manufacturers such as Huawei Technologies, Gilat Satellite Networks and Cisco Networks
  • Hiring and supervising both sales and technical staff designed as account managers for different telco accounts and specific projects
  • Lead all solution sales, project funding negotiations, revenue share arrangements and repayments
  • Notable Achievements:
  • Negotiate the building and rollout of smart-city technology in partnership with Celltel Networks and Cisco worth $300m
  • Negotiating and winning telecom contract worth $21m with Airtel-Tigo to build 150 rural telephony sites across rural Ghana on the Gilat Satellite Network platform in 2015
