  • Initially joining Convatec (a global FTSE 100 medical technology company) on a 3 month FTC as content production support to the Employer Brand Manager, I have increased my responsibility and exposure to projects that matter, currently spending 9 months as the lead source of recruitment marketing and covering for the Employer Brand Manager due to sick leave. Responsible for production of assets, delivery of campaigns, research, data, planning and strategy input, working directly with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to support the restructuring of the function and 2025 marketing strategy.
  • Working directly with the Global Channels and Campaigns Business Partner I set up internal communications templates and trained/onboarded international regions on these, resulting in the delivery of over 150 internal jobs campaigns, reaching 8568 employees, with an overall click-through rate of 7.4% and click-to-open rate of 17%. Acting as lead point of call for technical issues and quality control before campaigns are sent.
  • Improved chatbot user experience through analysing and building user journeys, understanding keyword functionality from an outside perspective and optimizing/creating bot answers and FAQs, resulting in a 6.56% increase in the user flow of applying for a job through the chatbot journey.
  • Owned the global data protection process, emailing a total of 48915 candidates across 10 campaigns to resubscribe and purging unsubscribes candidate data.
  • Helped drive 133,050 job applications (+677.89%) through the creation of compelling video content for social media and landing pages, directing employees across the world to film themselves, producing the videos myself using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Produced graphic design assets and written content (email campaigns, landing pages, chatbot answers) ensuring brand consistency across all materials, including 50 posts on social media, with a highest organic engagement rate of 8.2% on LinkedIn.
  • Utilized Phenom CMS/CRM to build and analyze landing pages, applying UX/UI best practices through wireframing and fixing bugs with Phenom support, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
