Led and delivered multiple high-impact projects end-to-end, from technical design through to production rollout:

Register Absence Tracking – led the implementation of absence tracking within the register system to meet a time-critical Ofsted regulatory deadline. Delivered the feature within a few weeks while modernising and extending one of the company’s oldest legacy microservices. The feature is now used daily by childminders as part of core attendance management workflows.

Assistant Registration & Onboarding – architected and delivered a self-service assistant onboarding flow allowing childminders to apply for and register assistants directly through the platform. Reduced manual operational involvement significantly and cut assistant onboarding time by up to 50%, while improving autonomy and user experience for childminders.

Collaborated closely with product managers, operations, and compliance stakeholders to translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Contributed to technical direction through architecture discussions, code reviews, and incremental improvements to legacy systems and developer workflows.

Supported engineering culture through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and collaborative delivery practices across the team.
