Work on the high-net worth team at Fidelity international, which involves a great amount of diligence and responsibility on a day-to-day basis. My duties involve client contact, placing deals for client over the phone, and relationship building - from both a new business and a client retention standpoint. This has given me great insight into markets, financial instruments, portfolio maintenance and the business as a whole.

Trained for three weeks as a trading support manager at Argos. During this time I learnt many facets of the company such as the 'KRONOS' and 'AURA' systems, warehouse operations and staff management duties. (i.e. cash office/ staff rotas / training). I reluctantly had to leave the business mid-training due to real life matters.

Worked in a small store with a demanding environment which involved customer relations, recommending items to clients and managing stock flow/store layouts.

Worked behind the bar and as a restaurant waiter in an extremely busy pub environment. I assisted many facets of the business and assumed more responsibility as I worked there longer - such as ordering new beers/goods , cash office/payroll duties, training new bar staff and dealing with difficult customers when needed.

Was in employment annually, each summer between the months of June and August every weekday (and some weekends). Involved a high level of discretion looking after security for many sites and warehouses for the company and its owners. Involved some database management.
