I am a highly skilled LoRaWAN Technical Field Manager with expertise in network planning, pre-sales technical support, and IoT infrastructure deployment, currently contributing to Netmore’s smart connectivity solutions. With a strong background in LoRaWAN and smart metering technologies, I specialise in the design, implementation, and optimisation of networks for large-scale water utility rollouts and smart water metering solutions.

I provide pre-sales technical support, collaborating closely with internal Business development managers and clients to define requirements, propose tailored IoT solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure. My role involves conducting network planning and feasibility assessments, optimising coverage, and ensuring robust connectivity for various different LoRaWAN use cases.

In addition to deployment, I am responsible for triage and troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving complex network issues to minimise downtime and enhance operational efficiency. My analytical approach, combined with a hands-on technical skill set, enables me to proactively address challenges in connectivity, device provisioning, and data transmission.

I also play a key role in supporting system integrations, ensuring smooth interoperability between internal platforms and third-party applications by working closely with development teams and stakeholders.
