For a week I helped London Academy with their Secondary school induction:

• Interacting with parents while guiding them through the school
• Providing detailed breakdowns of different courses offered by the school
• Preparing and performing a presentation for parents to showcase the benefits of our school

From my time as a volunteer ,it helped me improve on the following skills :

• Communication-having to deal with numerous different parents,their questions allowed me to develop on different ways to relay information
• Teamwork-working on a group presentation taught me how to work more efficiently in teams and the ability to divide tasks according to students strengths.

• Advised patients of rules and regulations to deliver safe, environment.
• Responded to time-sensitive queries quickly for fast resolution.
• Prevented event overcrowding by dispersing patients into the designated waiting area whilst monitoring conditions.
• Ensured proper, compliant handling of cleaning equipment, chemicals and materials, upholding excellent safety records.
• Actively listening to patients complaints and feedback actioning improvements to continuously elevate my quality of care.
• Monitored patient health,behavioural and physical changes promptly reporting concerns to doctors doing vaccine.
