Accomplishments

  • Transformation Playbook, Led a team of specialists in bp to create a company-wide transformation playbook, providing consistency in approach, and what capabilities are needed at what stage. This included culture, ways of working, people impact, operating model, org design and measurement. This also included setting up the Group transformation office.
  • Achieved a 5% improvement in psychological safety scores within BP's Treasury team, as measured by a pulse survey. Recognized with an Outstanding Achievement Award from the finance leadership team for this impact.
