Role: Responsible for multiple projects as part of the M&A programme focusing on enabling the new Entity.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, monitoring and tracking onboarding for over 600+ colleagues onboarding to the new entity across 100+ systems.
• Led entity creation and documentation efforts for the new entity.
• Integration of marketing portal with the newly created entity with merged entity.
• Leading End to End design of cutover statements to customers of the migrated bank.

Accomplishments:

• Knowledge capital created for the Client through Confluence Pages covering over 100 system parameters captured and over 50+ processes captured across 20 systems
  Successful delivery of 22K cutover statements to over 4000 customers.
• Over 650 employees supported on access entitlements across 100+ priority systems

Role: Driving key technology initiatives across the End-to-End Client Transition Journey.

Responsibilities:

Defined the program’s IT roadmap for the Client Transition Journey with an objective to calculate transition and physical risk.
Identified critical integration touchpoints required for fetching the data points required for the assessment.
Collaborated with various IT leads to create an Agile delivery plan.

Role: Led global Wholesale IT delivery for core banking changes, enabling the sale of Risk-Free Rate products for Lending and Trade.

Entity Assurance Lead - Leading Global Bank

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects as part of test governance in a leading financial institution
• Programme aimed at providing assurance on critical business flows have been sufficiently tested by 'knitting together' the test coverage achieved across the federated testing teams along with assessing test coverage gaps across these business flows, leading risk assessment activity to assess the need for additional testing/QA.

Accomplishments: I developed a robust governance framework for Entity Assurance, emphasizing critical business flows that spanned business units and organizational boundaries. By addressing technology stacks, this framework effectively tracked key risks throughout the program

Integration Project Manager - European Logistics Provider

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of projects as part of Salesforce Integration for a leading logistics company
• Introduced agile framework for the client along with providing project level oversight where necessary to build the team's competency, led cross-functional and geographically dispersed multi-vendor teams through to a successful delivery within set budget restrictions

Accomplishments: Orchestrated the delivery of more than 10 releases within a single year, driving incremental product development for key markets.
