i have a high interest in being a chef. I want to advance to be a chef and want to work somewhere that supports that, im very good at time management and have a passion for working in my last position in was called in at very short notice always went in looking for full time hours.im may be 17 but but iv got a passion learning and a passion for working and im a quiet mild manner person wo wants to get some where in life
my main responsibilities as a fish fryer was preparing food for frying cleaning and maintain the fryer keeping up to date with cook safe documents serving costumers but not till work prep work such as cutting fritter/onion rings and chicken goujons. and maintaining\ a clean work environments
as a kitchen porter my main reasonability was washing dishes keeping the kitchen clean and organized prep work such as salads,burgers,preparing smokies and then i progressed to a frying position

worked my way up from kp to working fulltime as a fryer in the summer of 2024
