During my tenure at a vendor company in Hong Kong, I operated independently as a one-person team, overseeing complete customer engagements from inception to delivery. Robotics Automation Projects:

• Downloading spreadsheets from insurers and adding/updating claims into various systems, ensuring compliance with handoff rules such as lapsed policies, renewal cycles, expired policies, NCD adjustments, and MTA adjustments
• Automating tasks on websites (including broker insurers' and bank websites) and internal systems
• Cancelling last year's premiums
• Cancelling auto-renewals for card-expired policies
• Updating customer bank account details across different systems as per the source
• Adding comments for vulnerable customers and modifying customer details on policies
• Creating tasks and flagging policies in the system for operational follow-up
• Performing OCR on invoices and inputting data into SAP, fully automating the process
