In my role at Swarovski, Gunwharf Quays, I honed my customer service skills as well as my leadership skills. As a senior sales consultant I took significant responsibility to ensure the store's smooth operation strengthening my leadership abilities. I consistently prioritised exceptional customer service whilst closely monitoring KPIs to drive performance. Acquired extensive brand and product knowledge to maximise sales opportunities and meet set targets.
In the summer of 2021, I worked at an Italian restaurant in Gunwharf Quays, where teamwork and efficiency were vital. I took on the responsibility behind the bar, including training new staff, which strengthened my leadership skills. My hospitality experience developed key transferable skills such as communication, adaptability and effective time management. Handled phone calls and responded to front of house emails, managing bookings, general enquiries, and availability.
