Stanmore College: This is a £52 million new build project for a further education college with five linked building blocks, four stories high, to provide education facilities consisting of science, business, mechanical, IT, and other occupational courses. The ancillary facilities include car parking, cycle parking, sports facilities, landscaping and associated works.

• Led design management from Stage 05 (Delivery Phase) post-CP submission, driving project delivery and coordination.
• Reviewed consultant scopes, appointments, and design responsibility matrix to close scope gaps and define ownership.
• Established and implemented design management protocols covering CDE use, communication flow, submissions, and statutory compliance.
• Chaired multidisciplinary design team meetings, managing agendas, minutes, and action tracking to maintain program alignment.
• Oversaw design coordination for early works (drainage, piling mat, crane base) and managed planning/building control submissions.
• Monitored design delivery against the program, highlighting risks and mitigating construction impacts.
• Conducted specialist subcontractor workshops and internal quality reviews to pre-empt interface and buildability issues.
• Ensured tender drawings and specifications were fully coordinated, complete, and scope-aligned.
• Managed the RDD and client design approval processes, including scheduling, reporting, and governance.

Rosedale College: This is a 53M new build and refurbishment scope. The redevelopment involves demolishing outdated 1960s structures and replacing them with modern facilities, including new teaching and performing arts blocks, a comprehensive refurbishment of the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) block, enhancement of sports fields and Multi-Use Games Areas (MUGAs), providing contemporary dining and social canopies, and new infrastructure.

• The scope of the works is similar to the Stanmore project.

Kingsbrook Secondary School – £38M New Build Secondary School. Oversaw the entire design management process for the Kingsbrook Secondary School project, from stage-04 to completion, ensuring smooth design information delivery and therefore achieving successful project completion.

• Led overall design coordination efforts, making sure all the design elements are in line with employer requirements, statutory requirements and CDM compliance.
• Oversaw the review of Information Manager reports and managed COBie data for streamlined information exchange.
• Utilised BIM for clash detection, efficiently managing and resolving clashes.
• Conducted a comprehensive review of subcontractor designs, making sure that they align with the architect's design intent.
• Managed RDD meeting process to facilitate the Sign-off process for FF&E components and Finishes.
• Effectively handled and resolved site queries, maintaining design integrity and project progression.
• Collaborated closely with client representatives, addressing queries, resolving design-related issues and managing the change control process.

Houghton Regis Leisure Centre - £26M New Build Leisure Centre

• Established the project in line with design management protocols, utilising common data environments and BIM.
• Drafted project-specific designer scopes of services for main and secondary design consultants, forming part of appointment documentation.
• Facilitated additional surveys and permits as required for project progression.
• Coordinated design efforts between various disciplines, including subcontractor design portions.
• Proactively resolved onsite design issues and queries for efficient project execution.
• Conducted design reviews with the project team, capturing comments and ensuring they were addressed in subsequent revisions.
• Successfully coordinated pool filtration design and pipework, resolving clashes with the pool structure.
• Effectively managed Glulam design and connection details for optimal project execution.

University of Hertfordshire (SPECS - School of Physics, Engineering and Computer Science): This is a new £72M science block.

• Assisted the Senior Design manager with initial design management and project setup.
• Developed a Design management plan for the Pre-construction Stage
• Setting up all design management document suite, including Design workbook, BEP etc
• Developed Consultant scope of services for all main and secondary design consultants to form part of their appointments
• Setting up a project on the Common Data Environment, including workflows in line with client requirements
• Set up and managed the initial RFI (Request for Information) Tracker

Haileybury Turnford Academy:

• Supervised the design and delivery of a £11M Secondary School extension project, ensuring it met legal and technical standards. Main duties and responsibilities included:
• Managing the design process, coordinating different aspects of the design, conducting design reviews, and identifying clashes.
• Collaborated with the Planning department and the Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA) to agree on the discharge of foul and surface water, crucial considerations due to the project's location in a green belt.
• Organised a public consultation in association with a planning consultant to collect opinions and feedback on the new development, fostering community engagement in the project.

• Collaborated with architects, engineers, and contractors to embed sustainability throughout design phases, ensuring optimal BREEAM ratings.
• Evaluated project plans to identify enhancement opportunities, effectively communicating BREEAM standards to clients and teams.
• Analysed documentation and conducted thorough on-site inspections for compliance verification and credit gathering.
• Managed data collection and certification submissions while addressing client inquiries promptly.
• Developed concise BREEAM assessment reports, outlining issues and facilitating the certification process for various projects.

• Dnepropetrovsk Residential Development, Ukraine This is a residential development project with six 19-storey residential blocks on a landscaped podium, beneath which a four level multistory car park, office and retail accommodation were located.
• Assisted in designing the outline landscape scheme, working on various sections through the scheme
• Worked on individual flat layouts, and calculated the saleable area for each block.
• Zenith Multipurpose Centre, Ploesti, Romania : This is 78,000 square meter development. It has gross 58,000 square meter lettable area over three floors. Zenith has catchment area of 1 million people, and it is located an hour drive from Bucharest.
• Worked on General Arrangement Drawings which was essential part of the Romanian PAC submission.
• Developed first and second-stage tender information documents.
• Collaborated with Fire and Vertical Transportation consultants.
• Contributed to the design of the front facade cladding details and stair core/escalator detailing.
• Borosil Airport Commerce Park, Kiev, Ukraine: It is a master plan of an airport commerce park, involving retail space, a leisure park, a casino, hotels, retail boxes, and a multi-story parking facility. Responsibilities included the preparation of master plan drawings using AutoCAD.
• Astana Residential project, Kazakhstan :The project is a residential master planning project in Kazakhstan, involving the design of 3 to 6-bedroom villas. Worked on various styles of elevations, such as English, Spanish, and Georgian, for different villa configurations.
• Yas Island, Abu Dhabi The project is the world's largest retail destination at Abu Dhabi, covering a 25 square kilometre area.Tasks included working on General Arrangement drawings for retail space and car park. Designed reflected ceiling plans indicating lighting, fire systems, and speakers. Worked on weekly design development sketches.

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisted senior Architects in developing architectural designs which include floor plans, elevation schemes, sections and details.
• Worked on planning approval drawings to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Worked closely with other professionals, including civil engineers, MEP engineers, landscape architects, and interior designers, to ensure seamless integration of various design elements.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction work on material selection and finishes, considering durability and aesthetics.

• Rohan Vasantha: A group housing project featuring 9 blocks with a total of 572 flats with amenities like a double basement swimming pool, gym, children's park, and more.
• Rohan Ashima: More than just townhouses, Rohan Ashima is a sanctuary with a collection of 64 3&4 bed homes. 30% of the land is transformed into a captivating blend of waterscapes and lagoons.
• Rohan Mihira: A group housing project with 2 blocks, comprising a total of 160 flats with various amenities and facilities.
• Rohan Jharoka: A group housing project featuring 11 blocks with a total of 309 flats. Designed with amenities and facilities to enhance the living experience.
