Machiavellianism & Ethics. Workplace Behaviour Study, Conducted quantitative research (N=344) on Machiavellianism and work environment quality in relation to unethical workplace behaviour. Found Machiavellianism positively correlated with unethical intentions, while work environment quality had no significant effect. Suggests personality traits may outweigh situational factors in ethical decision-making. Provided evidence-based recommendations for promoting ethical conduct.
Project on Social Loafing. The primary objective of this study was to assess the prevalence of social loafing and involvement in non-academic activities among students, and to analyze their effects on teamwork, motivation, academic performance, leadership development, and overall student engagement. Additionally, the research aimed to identify the psychological, social, and environmental factors influencing these behaviours, with the goal of providing actionable insights to foster improved collaboration, productivity, and comprehensive student development.
BLISS Counselling Centre Collaborative Project. Collaborated closely with Bliss counselling centre to deliver two engaging sessions for undergraduate students as part of a student- led, peer interactive program aimed at "Destigmatizing Stigmas in Drug Addictions".
