
I consider myself to be hard-working with a dedicate attitude towards any task I undertake. My ability to work effectively in a team compliments my extensive level of communication alongside my ability to lead and solve problems.
While working as a team leader in a day nursery I have gained a great deal of knowledge and experience, such as delegating to staff members, organising activities, welcoming parents and visitors and chairing meeting with other team members and attending trainings. I am self aware and reflective and continually refining my interpersonal skills in order to be professional.

· Undertaking risk assessment e.g. daily risk assessment, outing and trips assessing safer routes

Identifying, via supervision and staff/room observations, the training requirements of practitioners and addressing those training requirements.
Ensuring that the staff and children’s registers are correct and printed for the following week.
Preparing and updating the nursery action plan.
Delegate roles and tasks amongst the team to utilise individual skills and knowledge, and enhance professional development.
Address parents regarding any concerns about children's behaviour.
