I have experience in a variety of work places which have required me too lead staff as well as be part of a team. Throughout these experiences I have learnt to deal with certain situations which include training junior members of staff, dealing with unsatisfied customers, health and hygiene and managing cash flow. The skills required to do this successfully are patience, honesty and leading by example all of which I can do.
Whilst being team manager I have needed to discipline staff in a fair manner, set achievable targets and provide support and motivation to help them achieve these.
Practically, I am hard working, dedicated and passionate about any job given and will put my full commitment in to any tasks set.
