I have over three years of experience in external works and levels design, including external levels, key retaining levels, finished floor levels (FFLs), and private works packages, alongside the preparation and coordination of Section 38 (S38) adoption packages.
I am experienced in the detailing and coordination of Section 278 (S278) highway works and Section 104 (S104) drainage design packages, covering drainage layouts, calculations, and all supporting documentation. My role has also involved preparing Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs), undertaking pre-development enquiries, and liaising effectively with statutory authorities and stakeholders.
In addition, I have experience in initiating and managing purchase orders, preparing and issuing formal design submissions, and producing earthworks designs, including cut and fill modelling, isopachyte drawings, and attenuation pond modelling. I have worked on projects for a range of high-profile clients, including Lovell, Genting Casino, and RSK.
