  • Rejoined Citrix Systems UK in 2019 managing multiple Citrix Cloud, Workspace & NetScaler Solution projects across UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions
  • Led the delivery of the largest Citrix Cloud adoption Project in EMEA to date (40,000+ users) with a Regional Systems Integrator for their global banking client (2020 – 2023)
  • This further expanded to managing the direct Citrix/Microsoft/Client engagement migrating an additional 36,000+ users through mid 2025
  • Led a multi-year Citrix and Azure migration for a high-profile UK Media Broadcaster including managing their outsourced Managed Services contract delivery
  • Led the Citrix Cloud and AWS migration project for an International Airline Group client through initial requirements, design, build and deployment phases
  • Following a ransomware attack during the COVID pandemic, I led the Citrix Professional Services project to design and build a secure, scalable Cloud solution for a national healthcare provider in the EU
