Account Delivery Manager for Lockheed Martin
Lockheed Martin is a leading security and aerospace company. It is the number one provider to the US Government and a 110,000 team supports the US and its allies in R&D and sustainment of technology systems.
Serocor run a RPO for Lockheed Martin UK. They manage all of the UK Talent Acquisition for IT and Engineering resources, for Permanent, Contract and Graduate recruitment. This is a vast programme that has been in its current guise for 10 years.
Talent Acquisition:
• Running managed advertising campaigns to attract resources
• Sourcing high volume (several hundred per year) permanent, contract and FTC technical resources to Lockheed Martin
