Lockheed Martin is a leading security and aerospace company. It is the number one provider to the US Government and a 110,000 team supports the US and its allies in R&D and sustainment of technology systems.
Serocor run a RPO for Lockheed Martin UK. They manage all of the UK Talent Acquisition for IT and Engineering resources, for Permanent, Contract and Graduate recruitment. This is a vast programme that has been in its current guise for 10 years.


Talent Acquisition:
• Running managed advertising campaigns to attract resources
• Sourcing high volume (several hundred per year) permanent, contract and FTC technical resources to Lockheed Martin
• Delivering end-to-end talent cycle in a fast paced, complex environment
• Liaising with hiring managers to plan demand
• Creating a Talent Pool for Lockheed Martin on their Service Transformation programme for the Ministry of Justice.
• Raising job specifications
• Writing job adverts
• Updating careers websites
• Delivering roadshows/workshops to managers increase awareness
• Communicate, educate and support the execution of group-wide Talent policies, products and processes
• Talent and Succession Planning cycle working with the Departmental head
