Being a Crew Member, my responsibilities were to take orders at the front counter, drive thru or kiosk. Assembling food such as burgers, fry products, and preparing beverages and desserts.
Meeting McDonald's service time targets while keeping orders accurate. Wiping down tables, sanitizing equipment, and cleaning the kitchen and restrooms as needed. supporting co-workers, especially when there are rush hours.
As a trainer, I train new people in different areas, showing them the proper way of techniques, giving advice, and correcting mistakes. Monitoring the new hire's performance and giving feedback to the managers, also understanding McDonald's quality service, and cleanliness standards.
As a McDonald's closer, my duties are also cleaning the grills when on close, cleaning dishes, making sure the coffee machine is off and other stuff and etc, depending on what they put me on.
